Return
- We accept returns and exchanges within 1 week of delivery, within 03 days you can exchange the products if you ordered wrong products and within 4 days you can return the products if you have any other issue and you want to order the new products in that amount . - How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at this email tradingworld441@gmail.com Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the items back to us.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email tradingworld441@gmail.com us within 7 days of delivery at with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement .
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
